Whether or not you have a right to spousal support depends on the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live and the specific circumstances of your marriage and divorce. In many jurisdictions, spousal support, also known as alimony, may be awarded to a spouse who is financially dependent on the other spouse, particularly if the marriage was long-term and there is a significant disparity in income or earning potential. Factors such as the length of the marriage, the standard of living during the marriage, and the financial needs and resources of each spouse are typically considered in determining whether spousal support is appropriate. It is important to consult with a family law attorney to understand your rights and options regarding spousal support in your specific situation. **

Right-wing parties in Austria receive much more support than right-wing parties in Germany due to historical and cultural factors. Austria has a longer history of right-wing politics, with the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) being established in 1956, while right-wing parties in Germany faced a ban after World War II. Additionally, Austria has a smaller population and a more conservative rural base, which provides a strong support base for right-wing parties. Furthermore, Austria's immigration policies and historical ties to Eastern Europe have fueled anti-immigrant sentiments, which have contributed to the rise of right-wing parties in the country. **
